Impact Community Action is seeking a Self-Sufficiency Coordinator to support participants in workforce development. The role involves coaching, mentoring, case management, and helping clients create and implement an Individual Employment Plan (IEP) within agency policies and budget.
You will facilitate intake, assess needs, identify barriers to employment, and refer participants to internal and external resources to advance goals.
