About Us:
Basecamp Recovery Center is a growing behavioral health organization with about 110 team members, including clinicians, counselors, social workers, peer support specialists, and medical staff. We are dedicated to walking alongside individuals on their journey to recovery, meeting them where they are, and removing barriers to care.

Outpatient Treatment – Individual and group counseling, evidence-based therapies, and psychiatric support.
Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) – Safe, physician-guided treatment options to support recovery.
Peer Support Services – Certified Peer Recovery Specialists offering lived-experience guidance and encouragement.
Case Management – Helping clients connect with housing, employment, and community resources.
Recovery Housing – Safe and supportive housing for individuals working toward stability and independence.
Withdrawal Management at Madison Health – Coordinated inpatient services for those needing detox and medical care.
Family & Community Engagement – Education, support, and resources for loved ones and the wider community.

Job Duties:
Demonstrate understanding of 12-step recovery programs or similar recovery-based approaches.
Actively participate in the recovery community.
Apply experience working in recovery housing or similar structured environments.
Utilize strong decision-making, judgment, and conflict resolution skills.
Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Maintain professional boundaries with residents and staff.
Collaborate as a team and provide leadership to staff members.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in recovery housing, behavioral health, or a similar structured support environment.
Experience supervising or training staff is strongly preferred.
Other Requirements:
Possess and maintain a valid Ohio driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to pass a background check and urine drug screen.
Ability to obtain a National Provider Identifier (NPI) and Medicaid billing number.
Hold a valid CDCA or higher credential in good standing.
