Youth Residential Treatment Specialist – Foundation and Healing: Columbus, OH

Job Description

A Foundation for Living and Healing is hiring Youth Residential Treatment Specialists for our licensed adolescent residential program in Columbus, Ohio. This is an adolescent residential behavioral support position, not a home health, senior care, or primarily ADL focused role. Staff provide continuous supervision, structure, behavioral support, crisis prevention, documentation, transportation, and daily programming for adolescents.

Full time, part time, and PRN positions are available. Day shift is 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Night shift is 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Pay is $15.00 to $20.00 per hour.

• a high school diploma or GED
• valid driver’s license
• reliable transportation
• current automobile insurance
• ability to work 12 hour shifts
• weekend and holiday availability
• background check and drug screening eligibility
• in house TB testing
