Case Manager: Homeless Services & Community Resources

A social service agency is seeking a full-time case manager in Columbus, Ohio, focusing on supporting individuals who are homeless or  ideal candidate will manage a caseload of 35 clients, assist them in accessing government and non-profit services, and maintain accurate documentation. An Associate's degree is required, with at least 1 year of relevant experience preferred. This position offers a pay rate of $20.00 per hour and includes the need for reliable transportation.
