Python Developer - Intermediate.

Columbus, OH.

• Independently design and deliver production software and AI solutions.
• Ownership, quality, delivery of features, components, and services.
• High cross-team collaboration.
• Independently writes, reviews, and debugs production-grade code.
• Designs and implements ML solutions.
• Production experience is desirable but not required.
• Participates in design discussions and enforces best practices.
• Solves complex, ambiguous problems.
• Collaborates across product, data, and infrastructure teams.
• Mentor's junior engineers with limited/indirect supervision.
• Technical and design decisions with ~5 years or equivalent depth of experience.
• Experience with LLMs, RAG, vector DBs, financial services.
• Org-wide strategy ownership, owns solutions, and raises team quality.
