Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications using J2EE technologies
- Build and maintain microservices-based architectures with high availability and performance
- Develop and optimize data models and queries using MongoDB
- Implement event-driven and messaging solutions using Kafka / MQ
- Participate in system design discussions
, architecture reviews, and technical decision-making - Ensure high-quality code through reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other developers to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing
Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years of hands‑on experience in J2EE / Java‑based full stack development
- 5+ years of experience designing and developing Microservices
- 4+ years of experience working with MongoDB
- 6+ years of experience with Kafka and/or MQ messaging systems
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs
, distributed systems, and asynchronous processing - Experience with system design, application architecture, and development best practices
- Proficient in version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
- React Experience is needed 10% on frontend
