Sr Engineer, Software Engineer - Genesys Cloud

* ** Proactively monitoring the user experience, responding to production incidents, participating in postmortems and working in conjunction with build lines to prevent recurrence of known problems.**
* ** Help diagnose availability, latency and performance issues.  Collaborate with build teams for improvements in code and configuration to achieve service level objectives more efficiently.**
* ** Support Nationwide services in production as part of an on-call rotation.**
* ** Work to ensure reliable interactions between Nationwide systems and Software as a Service (SaaS) providers through engineering and relationship management.**
* ** Technical expertise with Genesys Cloud platform and capabilities**
* ** Experience in developing and driving monitoring strategies for applications**
* ** Experience in outage support and troubleshooting for production critical systems**
* ** Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment**
* ** Strong collaboration and communication skills**
