- 5+ years of experience in Specialty Software Engineering or equivalent demonstrated through work, training, or education.
- Proficiency in Java backend development with at least 6 years of experience.
- Experience with Spring Boot and cloud technologies (Azure or other cloud platforms).
- Knowledge of Kafka, JMS, and database management.
- Ability to work hands‑on as a full member of a development team, with experience in SQL databases.
