Software Engineer - React

Senior Software Engineer to help design and build modern, scalable web and mobile applications used in high-impact environments. This is a hands‑on engineering role for someone who enjoys owning architecture, collaborating across teams, and mentoring developers while building clean, high‑performing applications.

• Backend teams (Java, Spring Boot) to design clean APIs and efficient data flows
• AWS cloud technologies

• Lead front‑end architecture and development across web and mobile platforms
• Build scalable, responsive, and high‑performance user experiences
• Partner closely with back‑end engineers, product managers, and UX teams
• Drive technical direction, code quality, and engineering best practices
• Mentor engineers and promote modern development standards
• Contribute to full‑stack architecture and cloud‑based solutions
• Help shape scalable systems focused on performance, security, and maintainability

• 7+ years of software engineering experience
• Experience building scalable enterprise applications and APIs
• Understanding of cloud architecture, preferably AWS
• Passion for clean architecture, accessibility, performance optimization, and modern engineering practices
• Experience with design systems such as Material UI or Ant Design is a plus
