An exciting opportunity to work on the World’s #1 CRM Salesforce. We are looking for specialist developer to work on the Salesforce application as well as other emerging technologies, specifically API development.

• Contribute to the design and development of quality IT solutions
• Coach less experienced developers through best practices, tools, and consistent processes
• Identify and lead Dev Ops journey focused on automation and increasing speed while maintaining quality
• Contribute to large scale Salesforce implementations
• Support external deployment process
• Troubleshoot and provide solutions to software development problems
• Demonstrate the ability to foster business relationships and possess good communication skills

• Drive and build line performance to deliver high-quality solutions by eliminating waste and fostering an environment of continuous improvement
• Continuously improve software delivery capabilities and build it run it adoption by collaborating and coaching within line

• Java development or Salesforce Development experience with Apex and building Lightning Components
• Experience with SOAP and REST based services

As a Software Engineer, you will focus primarily on providing high quality, efficient technology solutions to business partners by crafting new software applications or modifying and/or supporting existing packaged or custom-built applications.

In this capacity, you’ll analyze, code, configure, test, debug, document and maintain applications.

• Analyze, solutions, develops, tests, debugs, documents and deploys software according to standards in an agile environment
• Use Dev Sec Ops  practices, tooling and techniques
• Drive continuous improvement and learning through ongoing training, practice and innovation
• Manage medium to large project priorities, deadlines and deliverables proactively

May perform other responsibilities as assigned.

Reports to a Technology Manager/Director.

Completion of undergraduate studies in computer science, management information systems, or other related degree. Technology experience or non-traditional technology certificates can be substituted for an undergraduate degree.

Four or more years of analysis and technology experience.

Proficiency in one or more programming language such as Java, C++, Python, JavaScript. Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle. Proven ability to tackle complex business and development problems. Ability to thrive in a team environment. Insurance/financial services industry knowledge a plus.
