Create & maintain Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to):
Flow, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings
- Develop Apex (classes and triggers), Lightning Components, and Visualforce to extend Salesforce to support applications.
- Application development, including basic Visualforce pages/Lightning pages, Lightning Web Components,ec
- Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience
- Identify unused or underutilized platform features
- Create a platform roadmap and define priorities, liaising with stakeholders
- Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer
- Dev Ops/release management experience
- Assisting with requirements gathering, design and development
- Creating test cases or test scripts for unit testing
- Performing production support for IT systems
- Leading focused discussions on technical topics
- Leading & guiding junior developers
- Reading/Creating technical system documents
- Communicating and collaborating within different sections of IT and business area
Apex Coding, Flow Required
4 year degree Highly desired
Salesforce Admin experience Highly desired
Omni Studio Highly desired
Knowledge in Public Sector Solution Highly desired
Gear Set Highly desired
Own Backup Highly desired
8 year experience as programmer Required 8 Years
