• Improve SQL Server performance and scalability.
• Design, optimize, and maintain stored procedures, views, indexes, and queries.
• Analyze slow queries and improve execution plans and indexing strategies.
• Work with product and business stakeholders to turn requirements into working features.
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs across the entire stack.
• Guide and mentor junior developers as needed.

• C# and ASP.NET MVC Backend work.

• Solid experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including stored procedures, views, functions, indexing strategies, and query optimization.
• Experience with ASP.NET MVC and C#.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS, and Bootstrap.
• Comfort working independently and owning deliverables.

• Reporting tools such as SSRS.
• Experience supporting a growing SaaS or product-based platform.
