Salesforce Technical Lead

Location:

Columbus, OH (Hybrid) Duration: long term Contract Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions.
• Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and team members to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Define system landscape, identify gaps between current and desired end states, and deliver a solution.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers and team members.
• Ensure best practices in coding, architecture, and development processes are followed.
• Perform code reviews and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Stay updated on Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce applications.
• Document technical processes and system configurations.

• Proven experience in a leadership or tech lead role.
• Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform (Service Cloud, Gov Cloud, Public Sector Foundation, etc.)
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
• Experience with Omni Studio.
• Experience with integration tools (e.g., Mule Soft, Informatica) and APIs.
• Familiarity with Dev Ops practices, CI/CD (Flosum/ Copado, etc.) and version control systems.
• Understanding of Salesforce’s data model and when to create custom objects, junction objects, and other model items.
• Familiarity with Salesforce data tools and ETL tools.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills and attention to detail.

Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Architect, Salesforce Developer).
