Actimize Lead Full-stack Engineer

Description

Lead Full‑Stack Engineer position, onsite at Minneapolis, MN (or Dallas, TX or Columbus, OH).

• Software development – code, test, debug, document, and maintain Anti‑Money Laundering / Bank Secrecy Act (AML/BSA) enterprise fraud applications.
• Devise and modify procedures to solve complex application problems, considering computer capacity, limitations, operating time, and desired results.
• Provide technical leadership in analysis and review of existing or proposed system features, integration, security, scalability, and performance requirements.
• Lead the evaluation and selection process for application packages, advising on options, risk, cost/benefit, and business impact.
• Develop integration plans to apply architectural knowledge and incorporate them into the integration testing process.
• Offer expert advice on complex system‑design issues and contribute to ongoing planning and development of system enhancements.
• Identify and specify technical and functional requirements, resources, and processes for complex subsystems or major system modifications required to meet user requirements.
• Create prototype designs for complex and significant‐risk projects.
• Serve as third‑level support for ongoing maintenance and production issues.

• Bachelor's Degree or four years of equivalent experience.
• Five or more years of Actimize experience.
• Five or more years of full‑stack development experience (Java, Springboot/Spring batch, Maven or ANT, JPA/Hibernate, React or Angular).
• Five or more years of API and micro‑services development experience.
• Five or more years working with relational databases.

• Experience with Actimize Act One customization, plugin implementation, ETL development using AIS (Actimize Modeler), application installation/upgrade, Act One 6.5/6.6 to Act One X conversion, M&A conversion, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with REST API/JSON/Swagger, APIGEE Edge/X, FUSE, Kafka, Pub Sub or equivalent, Docker/Kubernetes.
• Expertise in relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or Snowflake, including optimized SQL queries and stored procedures.

• Experience in Agile/Scrum teams and familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Experience deploying applications on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Experience using monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Zenoss, or Splunk.
• Proficiency with ADO/Git Hub repositories and Jenkins for CI/CD.
• Experience developing custom batch processes using Zena.
• Power Shell or Bash scripting skills.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities; excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain technical concepts clearly and concisely to peers and leadership.
• Ability to mentor and coach junior developers.
• Capability to work in a fast‑paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
• Exempt status.

• Annual salary range: $70,000 – $140,000.
• Eligibility for incentive compensation plan.
