We are looking for a Lead .NET Developer to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

Our client is seeking a Lead .NET Developer to provide technical leadership, drive application development initiatives, and mentor a team of developers in building scalable, high-quality software solutions. This role offers the opportunity to influence architecture decisions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and lead the development of critical business applications.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of .NET applications.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to software development teams.
  • Architect scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to define requirements and technical strategies.
  • Conduct code reviews and promote development best practices.
  • Ensure application performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Troubleshoot complex application issues and provide technical guidance.
  • Drive continuous improvement in development processes and standards.
  • Participate in architecture discussions and technology roadmap planning.
  • Maintain documentation and support knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of .NET development experience.
  • Demonstrated experience leading development teams or serving as a technical lead.
  • Strong experience with C#, .NET Core/.NET, ASP.NET, and RESTful APIs.
  • Experience with SQL Server and database design principles.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices.
  • Understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and application security.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments.
