SQL Developer, Backend Developer
The Junior Full Stack Developer will help build, maintain, and improve internal web applications and business solutions that support staffing operations, and join them to external web portals, mobile apps and other data systems. This role is ideal for someone with foundational development experience who enjoys solving real-world problems, working with data, and learning new technologies.
This position will work closely with technical and business teams to troubleshoot issues, integrate systems, and improve data workflows across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain internal web applications and tools
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical and user issues related to MS SQL and business systems
- Work with REST APIs to integrate data between systems
- Query, analyze, and manipulate data from multiple sources
- Assist in mapping data between systems and improving data quality
- Collaborate with the Data Analytics team to support reporting and business insights
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve efficiency
- Additional duties as assigned.
- 1–3 years of experience in software development (or equivalent experience or schooling)
- Experience writing and troubleshooting SQL queries (MS SQL preferred)
- Experience working with REST APIs (consuming or building)
- Basic back-end development experience (Node.js, Python, PHP, C#, or similar)
- Familiarity with Git version control
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
- Clear communication skills and willingness to learn
- Experience working with business applications (ATS, HR, payroll, or ERP systems) is a plus
- Experience writing and troubleshooting SQL queries (MS SQL preferred) and SQL reporting tools.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Exposure to Agile development practices, CI/CD, or Docker.
