Senior Developer, .NET Developer
Overview
GovCIO is looking for an experienced Senior CRM developer to support the continued enhancement and operations of a Microsoft Dynamics CRM system and customer portal and to supercharge our systems with new technology and functionality. This position is mostly remote, but may occasionally require going into the DC location.
ResponsibilitiesThis position requires experience in an Agile Scrum environment with the ability to handle multiple items in a single sprint. You will work collaboratively with the functional team and testing team, as well as other developers, as you implement required user stories, providing continued feedback on the quality of the acceptance criteria and testing.
You will mentor other developers and collaborate with other senior members of the team. Attention to detail, a can-do attitude, and knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and Portals is needed. Come join our growing team here s position is in the DC metro area.
This position will focus on the AI features in Dynamics using both Call Center and Customer Service, including Copilot Studio, IVR, Chat, Doc Intelligence, and other modern features.
QualificationsBachelor’s degree with 12+ years of experience (or commensurate experience).
Clearance Required:
Public Trust.
- 5 years of experience in Power Platform and Portals
- Experience leading implementations of Call Center, IVR, and other modern functionality and modules within Dynamics. Copilot Studio, Chat, and Secure Messaging.
- C#, .NET, JavaScript, FetchXML
- Support SDLC documentation such as Design Documents and Implementation Plans
- Support deployments
- Provide support to Support Team for Operations/Production troubleshooting and problem solving
- Work in a collaborative, fast-paced Agile Scrum environment
Desired:
- Experience in Power BI and fillable PDF reports, RDL reports
- Git Hub and deployment pipelines is a plus
- Certification in Azure Developer, Azure Dev Ops, Azure Architect, or similar
