You’ll be joining an agentic-first development team. We use AI not just to write code, but to research unfamiliar domains, diagnose production issues, and break down complex problems. Empowered with these tools, Dutchie engineers take end-to-end ownership of both the software and the outcomes for people using it.

• Drive Solutions:

• Full-Stack Proficiency:
  Hands‑on experience building full‑stack applications. You are comfortable working across the stack and are eager to learn the specific technologies we use such as React, Type Script, Ruby, .NET/C#.
• Data Modeling:
  Familiarity with relational and non‑relational databases, with experience writing queries and a strong interest in learning how to structure and evolve data models.
