Job Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced AI / Java / Python Engineer with strong architecture and design experience. The ideal candidate should have a strong enterprise application development background and experience driving architecture, solution design, technical decision-making, and technical leadership.

Candidates do not necessarily need to have an official Architect title. Very strong Senior Engineers with hands-on architecture, design, and technical leadership experience will also be considered.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall IT experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java or Python, with Java preferred.
• Strong experience with AWS or other public cloud platforms, with AWS preferred.
• Hands-on experience or exposure to Agentic AI and AI/ML technologies.
• Experience working with OpenAI or other frontier models.
• Understanding of advanced AI concepts, including:
• MCP (Model Context Protocol)
• Memory architecture
• AI assurance and governance concepts
• Exposure to conversational/agentic AI frameworks such as:
• Lang Graph
• CrewAI
• Rasa
• Decagon
• Similar agent orchestration frameworks
• Strong background in enterprise application development, system design, and architecture.
• Experience driving architecture, solution design, and technical decision-making.

Preferred Candidate Profile

We can consider strong Senior Engineers who may not have an Architect title but demonstrate:

• Hands-on architecture and solution design experience.
• Strong technical leadership.
• Enterprise-level system design experience.
• Experience with Agentic AI, LLMs, or AI frameworks.

• Have strong Java/Python engineering backgrounds.
• Have strong architecture/design experience.
• Have exposure to Agentic AI, LLMs, or AI frameworks.
• Are comfortable with 5 days onsite in Columbus or Plano.
• Meet the specified work authorization requirements.
• Are willing to complete the assessment and IOI process.
• Are committed to the interview process and available to join if selected.
