Project Manager, Salesforce Developer

We are seeking a Salesforce Developer to design, build, configure, deploy, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce automation tools, and platform configuration, along with strong troubleshooting and code quality practices.

Long Term

• Develop high-quality, scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, including classes, triggers, and batch processes.
• Build user-facing functionality with Lightning Web Components and Aura components.
• Configure declarative Salesforce solutions using advanced Flows, custom objects, validation rules, and security controls.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex software errors, application bottlenecks, and data integration issues.
• Maintain clean, well-documented code and write robust test classes to achieve required code coverage.
• Participate in peer code reviews and follow Salesforce development best practices.
• Manage application lifecycle activities, sandbox environments, deployments, and release cycles using Git Hub and CI/CD tools.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 3 years of development experience on the Salesforce platform.
• Solid understanding of the Salesforce data model, security architecture, and data migration tools.
• Experience with Salesforce automation tools, especially advanced Flows.
• Experience working with version control and deployment tools, including Git Hub and CI/CD pipelines.
