Required Qualifications- Service Now Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – Developer‑adjacent, module‑specific, or similar.
- 5+ years of hands‑on Service Now development experience (Script Includes, Business Rules, Flow Designer, UI Policies, Client Scripts, API integrations, scoped apps).
- Strong understanding of secure development in regulated environments (FedRAMP/GCC High).
- Experience supporting complex enterprise workflows, Service Now integrations, and release cycles.
- Service Now Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – Developer‑adjacent, module‑specific, or similar.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Work Location & Contract Requirements- On‑site only: SOCC, Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.
- Work performed within a FedRAMP‑regulated Service Now instance.
- Position supports ongoing enterprise initiatives, including release management, platform stability, Service Now integrations, and customer agency needs (as reflected in previous platform work and integrations).
