Job Description
Vision Truck Line, an Equal Employment Opportunity employer (EEO).
Compensation: $1,125 to $1,625 per week (pay $0.45–$0.65 CPM, average of 2,500 miles/week).
Home Time: Weekly or 2 weeks out. Drivers will typically be out 1 to 2 weeks at a time, depending on where they live and what freight they are running. While they are out, their schedule will run Monday through Saturday, and they’ll get a full 34‑hour reset every Sunday.

Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 months driving experience Regional or O.T.R.
- No more than 4 in the past 3 years
- No moving‑violation suspensions exceeding 3 months in the most recent 3 months, and the total suspensions/expiration cannot exceed 3 months out of the previous 15 months.
- Speeding 20+ mph over the speed limit
- Passing a school bus
- Reckless Driving
- Coasting out of gear
- Leaving the scene of an accident
- Violating out‑of‑service order
- All accidents are recorded. Non‑preventable accidents listed by an employer or PSP will not need review unless it is a fatality.
- Any accident with a citation in the previous 5 years is subject to Safety review.
- All preventable accidents within the last 3 years and all fatality accidents are subject to Safety Review.
- Needs 6 months of safe driving after a termination for safety
- No drug/possession charges in the last 5 years and no more than two in a lifetime
- No domestic charges
- Felony conviction will be reviewed by Safety Department
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years and no more than two in a lifetime. We go by the conviction date.
- No registered sex offenders
- Failed drug/alcohol test
