Job Overview
Regional Dry Van: $1500 Weekly Average. Primarily travel the Midwest / East of I‑35 with occasional loads outside those lanes based on customer needs. Expected to be able to run all 48 states. Truckload and multi‑stop/LTL temperature‑controlled loads. NYC and 5 boroughs are not forced‑dispatched.
Requirements- 18 months 53' Tractor Trailer OTR experience within the last 3 years
- No more than 2 moving violations in the past 12 months
- CDL address must match home time city
- No accidents or incidents within the past year
- No Sap Drivers
- Must be 60 days after CDL school completion for trainees
Urine only drug screening. If less than 18 months OTR experience in past year, a hair follicle drug screen is required.
Days Off & Home Time1 day off for every week out. Home time is every 2 weeks (14 days) for drivers east of the Mississippi River and 3 weeks (21 days) for drivers west of the river.
Pay- $0.55 CPM (includes a $0.20 CPM per diem)
- Weekly Guarantee Minimum: $1,000
- Average Miles per Week: 2,200
- Top 50% Average Mile: 2,800
- Average Gross: $1,500 (Top 50%: $1,800)
- Eastern Regional Dry Van: $1,200-$1,500 Weekly
- For trainees (less than 6 months 53' experience): $650 weekly flat rate during training (2-6 weeks)
W2 with all benefits available (401k, medical, dental, paid vacations). New late model automatic trucks. Major Carrier – Nationwide fleet.
