Warehouse Delivery Associate

Position Summary

This position is responsible for picking, packing & shipping customer orders in an accurate, timely and efficient manner as wells as receiving & stocking inbound product. Along with daily warehouse duties, this position is also responsible for local deliveries from our warehouse to end users in a professional manner as a representative of the company.

This is a dual role position and there is no set ratio as to which of these roles will be performed. It will be at our sole discretion based on the daily needs of the company.

• Pick, pull and package orders appropriately based on shipping method (UPS, USPS, LTL, CPU, Courier, Delivery)
• Process orders to completion through our accounting program
• Receive inbound shipments and verify quantity and condition
• Stock inbound product in proper location
• Conduct inventory counts as needed
• Load and unload semi-trucks and customer vehicles
• Communicate with sales team for order priority, questions, accuracy and customer notifications
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Train new staff members when needed
• Perform all work safely and accurately
• Pick, pull, package and load deliveries
• Safely transport and unload deliveries to customers
• Always conduct yourself in a professional and courteous manner
• Assist customers with verification of product and quantity
• Complete all necessary paperwork; i.e. delivery logs, packing slips, required signatures etc.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness of delivery vehicles
• Notify management of any safety or mechanical issues and/or concerns
• Adhere to all DOT protocols

• Pick, Pack, Ship Warehouse experience
• Forklift and Delivery experience
• Ability & Experience to drive large NON-CDL box truck (18') w/liftgate
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Ability to pass DOT physical and Drug screening
• Ability to pass background & driving record check
• Exceptional communication both verbal and non-verbal
• Prioritization and good time management
• Organization and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and teamwork
• Ability to work and get along with all different people and personality types
• Multi-tasking and comfort in a fast-paced environment
