Senior Account Coordinator

At BBI Logistics, we keep freight moving nationwide through speed, communication, and problem solving. We’re looking for driven, organized, and competitive professionals to join our growing operations team as a Senior Logistics Coordinator.

In this role, you’ll work directly with customers, carriers, and internal teams to manage freight movements, negotiate rates, and ensure shipments are executed efficiently from pickup to delivery. This is a fast-paced, high-energy position ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, communicates confidently, and enjoys solving problems in real time.

What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate daily freight shipments from pickup to delivery
• Communicate with customers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure on-time execution
• Negotiate rates based on market conditions and shipment needs
• Track shipments and quickly resolve issues as they arise
• Maintain and grow carrier relationships
• Manage updates in our TMS system
• Handle high-volume communication in a fast-paced environment
