• Earn a $1,000 bonus after successfully completing 6 months of employment.
• Earn an additional $1,000 at the 1‑year milestone for Traffic Controller Level 3 & above.

• Manage road closures and ensure safety of road users.
• Close off roads using cones and barricades.
• Perform two‑way flagging with a stop & slow sign to control traffic flow.
• Load trucks and deliver or pick up barricades, signs, and traffic control equipment.
• Complete reports and other duties as required.

• Valid driver’s license for at least 2 years and a clean motor vehicle record.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Availability to work variable hours, including nights and weekends on an on‑call schedule.
• Ability to lift 50lbs and stand for 6–12 hours per day.
• Strong communication skills;
  English proficiency required for safety coordination.
• Pass a drug test that includes THC marijuana testing.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation to and from the work location.
• Minimum age 18 years or older.
