Logistics Coordinator

We are actively seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join a growing team. This newly established position plays a critical role in supporting hyperscale data center operations by managing the flow, storage, tracking, and distribution of mission‑critical inventory and equipment. This role ensures the accurate handling and accounting of high‑value IT hardware and infrastructure components that support advanced machine learning and high‑performance computing workloads.

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for overseeing shipping and receiving activities, inventory control, asset tracking, and coordination with cross‑functional teams to ensure that operational requirements are met efficiently and securely.

This position operates in a fast‑paced, mission‑critical environment and requires strong organizational skills, operational discipline, and a commitment to safety and accuracy.

• 3+ years of experience in logistics, shipping/receiving, transportation, or materials management.
• 3+ years of experience with inventory control, cycle counting, and warehouse practices.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to operate in a fast‑paced operational environment while maintaining high levels of accuracy.

• 2+ years of logistics experience in a data center or mission‑critical environment.
• Experience with Inventory Management Systems (IMS) or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements.
• Experience coordinating with vendors and managing logistics vendors.
