Manage Drivers across a market to ensure prompt receipt and delivery of equipment from/to customers and Sunbelt locations in accordance with company and DOT standards;
Orchestrate the timely and accurate dispatch of rental equipment and tools to customers across assigned market or geography;
Create and monitor drivers' schedules;
Review daily and weekly driver logs in accordance with company and DOT standards;
Ensure drivers are performing daily truck inspections and operating safely and courteously according to policy
