Local Class A CDL Shuttle Driver (Home Every Night)

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Class A CDL driver for a full-time, local position focused on shuttling dry van trailers. You will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting trailers from customer yards to our repair shop in the Columbus area and vice versa. This is a consistent, home-daily role with a predictable Monday to Friday schedule and no-touch freight.

• Operate a tractor‑trailer safely and in compliance with all DOT regulations and company policies.
• Perform pre‑ and post‑trip inspections on all equipment and report any maintenance issues promptly.
• Shuttle trailers between designated customer locations and our repair shop in the Columbus area.
• Execute hook and unhook procedures per safety guidelines.
• Manage trip paperwork accurately and ensure cargo is properly secured.
• Maintain a clean and presentable vehicle.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers as needed.

• Must have a valid Class A CDL and a clean driving record.
• Previous experience in a Class A CDL role, preferably with shuttle or local hauling experience.
• Knowledge of DOT safety regulations and compliance procedures.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and good attendance.
• A valid DOT Medical Card is required.
• Must be able to drive automatic and manual tractors.
