Performance Food Group - - Responsibilities:
Drives a tractor trailer or straight truck delivering food and related products to customers in accordance with DOT regulations;
Performs pre-trip and post-trip inspections and reports safety issues;
Interacts professionally with customers, vendors, and co-workers and communicates questions clearly;
Completes required freight paperwork and obtains customer signatures; handles cash/checks as applicable;
Unloads products at customer locations and ensures proper unloading and securement of freight
