As a Service & Delivery Professional at Airgas, you will take pride in the safe and reliable delivery of compressed gas cylinders to local and regional business partners. You will operate a company‑provided straight or box truck, manage the flow of cylinders, and build lasting relationships with customers.

• Cylinder Handling:
  Safely load, deliver, and unload cylinders containing compressed gases to both external and internal customer locations.
• Record Keeping:
  Accurately record deliveries and pick‑ups on a load manifest, obtain customer signatures, and collect empty or rejected cylinders for return to a plant for refilling.
• Safety and Compliance:
  Adhere to all Airgas safety standards (SAFECOR) and government regulations, including DOT, EPA, FMCSA, FDA, and OSHA.
• Warehouse Support:
  Provide assistance in the warehouse or on the dock as needed.

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License.
• Valid Medical Examiner’s Card.
• Hazmat endorsement (or willing to obtain).
• One year of recent Class A professional driving experience (within the last five years) and a clean driving record; see detailed criteria for convictions and at‑fault accidents.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Ability to read and comprehend material safety data sheets.
• Ability to routinely lift 25–75 lbs.; occasionally lift 76–125 lbs. with material handling equipment.
• Ability to drive hazardous cargo for up to 8 hours and perform frequent bending.
• Ability to work independently under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Forklift operator certification (or ability to obtain).

• Starting Pay: $30.50 per hour.
• Schedule:
  
  Monday to Friday, day shift.
• Quarterly bonus potential.
