Position Overview

Dispatch – Full‑time, working weekends and nights at R2 Logistics, Columbus, OH. 3 shifts:
Friday 10 pm to Saturday 12 pm, Sunday 7 am to 7 pm, Monday 7 pm to Tuesday 7 am.

As a member of the Dispatch team, your role is pivotal in upholding R2 Logistics’ standard of outstanding customer service. The team provides 24/7 availability to customers, communicating with contracted carriers and providing them with the information necessary to pick up and deliver on time.

• Contact carriers to track and trace shipments
• Resolve issues in transit
• Handle inbound calls
• Schedule pickup and delivery appointments
• Enter orders
• Perform additional administrative duties as needed

• Outstanding customer service experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Independent problem‑solving ability, also works well as a team member
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer programs
• Overnight availability required; weekend flexibility preferred
