Ready to accelerate your career while helping our customers move forward? As a Fleet Maintenance Fueler Washer at Penske, you will fuel, clean, and inspect vehicles before they hit the road, and serve as the face of Penske by greeting and sending off customers with a smile.

• Greet customers and ensure they have a great experience while fueling and washing vehicles.
• Perform vehicle readiness inspections, checking tires, fluids, and other basic maintenance items.
• Maintain clean, safe facilities for customers and associates.
• Build skills through training and hands‑on coaching to perform minor repairs such as mounting tires, rotating / replacing tires, and preventive maintenance.
• Complete other projects and tasks assigned by a supervisor.

• CDL holders receive an additional $2.00/hr.

• High school diploma, equivalent, or prior work experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Willingness to work outside.
• Basic mechanical ability and tool usage (preferred).
• Basic computer skills.
• Compliant with Penske’s instructions, guidelines, rules, and regulations.
• Adherence to DOT, OSHA, and Penske safety policies, including proper tool use, PPE, machine guarding, and safety practices.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance.
• Maintenance of a current driver qualification file, including annual MVR, DOT physical, safety performance records, and, for CDL holders, DOT drug screening and FMCSA Clearinghouse review.
• Willingness to work the required schedule, location, and pass background checks, drug screen, and physical; potential travel for training.

• Frequent movement, standing, walking, climbing, bending, and extended sitting.
• Routine use of hands for grasping, reaching, touching, handling, feeling, or operating required tools or controls.
• Ability to work safely at heights using ladders and elevated platforms.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.
• Visual and auditory acuity to navigate the work environment safely.
• Regular lifting of up to 50 lbs (23 kg) and occasional lifting up to 100 lbs (45 kg); ability to push/pull truck tires exceeding 100 lbs.
