Hillyard, Inc. is currently hiring a Route Delivery Driver to join our Operations team in Columbus, OH. Do you take pride in being dependable, on time, and delivering great customer service? As a Route Delivery Driver, you'll serve as a key representative of Hillyard while ensuring our customers receive their orders safely, accurately, and on time.

• Safely operate a commercial delivery vehicle throughout your assigned route
• Load, unload, and deliver products using pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material-handling equipment
• Ensure deliveries are completed accurately and on schedule
• Secure cargo and inspect loads to maintain safety and product integrity
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers during deliveries
• Communicate customer needs, concerns, and opportunities to internal teams
• Identify and report inventory discrepancies and assist with corrective actions
• Utilize email and company communication tools to stay connected and informed
• Maintain a professional image while representing Hillyard at customer locations

• Previous delivery driving, route driving, transportation, or customer-facing experience
• Excellent driving record and commitment to safety
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Dependable, punctual, and accountable work habits
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Leadership qualities such as initiative, ownership, and sound decision-making
• Basic computer skills, including email communication
