Class A drivers run dedicated account that gets you home every week (almost always on weekends). Pay: weekly $1980-$2040/WK, starting $1.39 per mile. Quarterly bonus: $10 per stop (approx $600-$800 per quarter). Full benefits after 60 days: medical, dental, 401K, PTO, etc. $2500 sign‑on bonus paid $250/month for ten months. Drivers may bring rider and pet after training. Training period 4‑5 days earning $280/day.

Trucks are automatic newer model Freightliner or International. Operating area: OH, MI, IN, KY, PA, WV, MD, NY, VT. Base guarantee first 60 days $1400/WK ($280/day); greater of guarantee or mileage. Raises: $.01 CPM each 6 months to cap $1.43/Mile.

• Orientation in St. Louis followed by 3–5 days of training with a mentor on the account.

• At least 6 months of Class A driving experience in last 3 years (no more than 9 jobs in last 3 years).
• No failed or refused DOT drug tests (including SAP program completion).
• No terminations from your last driving job.
• Clean Driving Record:
  • Max 2 moving violations in last 12 months (or 3 in last 36 months).
  • Max 2 seat belt violations in last 24 months.
  • No speeding violations over 11‑14 mph above limit in last 12 months.
  • No pending violations.
  • No more than 2 out‑of‑service violations in last year.
  • No serious offenses in last 3 years.
  • No DOT recordable preventable accidents in last 12 months.
  • No more than 2 preventable accidents in last 12 months, and no more than 4 accidents total in same period.
  • All DOT‑recordable preventable accidents in last 3 years must have accident report.
• No felonies in last 5 years.
