Cabin Service Agent

As a Cabin Services Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that the aircraft cabin is prepared for flights efficiently and safely, paying meticulous attention to every detail.

• Conduct thorough security searches on assigned aircraft.
• Remove trash and debris from seats, seat pockets, and ensure seat belts are properly arranged.
• Replenish in-flight magazines, safety cards, and personal sickness bags.
• Clean and sanitize aircraft galleys and lavatories, restocking supplies as needed.
• Empty lavatory tanks and refill as required.

• Minimum age of 18 and possession of a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Successful completion of a drug screening and the ability to obtain airport security clearance, which includes a comprehensive 10-year employment, criminal record, and residence background check.

• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds (14 kg) on a regular basis.
• Frequent standing, lifting, bending, pushing, and pulling, often for extended periods.
• Comfort working in environments with jet and machinery noise.

• Alliance Ground International operates twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week; employees must be able to work flexible schedules that may be adjusted to meet operational demands such as flight delays or cancellations.
• Applicants must be able to work on weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) and holidays.
