Shuttle Driver

Job Description

Cintas is seeking a CDL Production Shuttle Driver to support the Rental Division. The Shuttle Driver is responsible for accurately transporting clean items from a processing plant to a branch location and soiled products from a branch location back to a processing plant every day. The driver will also load and unload those items from the truck, assist with ensuring the cleanliness of the work area, and meet or exceed company standards for quantity and quality.

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Hold a commercial driver’s license (CDL).
• Have a valid DOT physical certificate.

• Adhere to the attendance policy.
• Willing to work in close proximity to others for extended periods.
• Willing to work in a fast‑paced, schedule‑driven environment with time pressures.
• May handle materials that are soiled or have pungent odors, using appropriate protective equipment.

• Requires stretching, bending, squatting, stooping, turning, or reaching to accomplish work activities.
• Requires lifting or moving materials during the shift.
