Position: Non-CDL Route Delivery Driver

Hillyard, Inc. is currently seeking a Non-CDL Delivery Driver to join our Operations team in Columbus, OH

As a Non‑CDL Delivery Driver
, you'll operate a commercial delivery vehicle while serving as the face of Hillyard
. You'll build lasting relationships with customers, safely deliver products, and enjoy the satisfaction of completing your route each day while being home with your family every evening.

• Safely operate a commercial box truck on an established local delivery route.
• Load, unload, and deliver products to customer locations using pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material handling equipment.
• Verify deliveries for accuracy and ensure products arrive safely and on time.
• Secure cargo and perform routine vehicle inspections.
• Build positive relationships by providing friendly, professional customer service.
• Communicate customer needs and delivery information with internal teams.
• Assist with inventory accuracy and report discrepancies when necessary.
• Complete delivery paperwork and utilize company communication tools throughout the day.

• Previous experience operating a box truck, straight truck, route truck, or other commercial delivery vehicle.
• Strong commitment to safe driving with a good driving record.
• Customer-focused attitude with excellent communication skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and self‑motivated.
• Ability to work independently while managing your daily route.
• Experience loading and unloading deliveries using pallet jacks or forklifts is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Basic computer skills, including email communication.
