Easier dedicated freight and predictable route planning give CDL-A truck drivers a familiar regional setup with pay of $1,450 to $1,550 per week and dependable time at home throughout the week. Established lanes and regular customers help drivers settle into a consistent weekly routine.

Route & Home Time: Drivers operate dedicated lanes throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Ohio. Your weekly schedule includes one 10-hour home break during the week plus a full 34-hour weekend reset, providing regular time at home while maintaining regional miles. Familiar territory also helps make trip planning and weekly scheduling more straightforward.

Freight: This dedicated account provides no-touch freight across familiar tri-state lanes. Drivers work established routes and customers, helping create a more predictable weekly routine without loading, unloading, or freight securement. The dedicated operation keeps drivers working within an established customer network rather than changing freight types from week to week.

Driver Requirements: Drivers must have a current Class A CDL, valid Medical DOT Card, clean driving history, and 6 months of recent tractor-trailer experience. No special endorsements are required.

Equipment & Tractor Trailer: Newer trucks feature automatic transmissions, auxiliary power, and electrical outlets. Nationwide service support and backup equipment help reduce downtime when repairs are needed and keep drivers moving when maintenance is required.

Orientation: Complete the training and orientation program and receive a $1,000 completion bonus.
