We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Operations Manager to join our team. This role combines operational responsibilities with business development efforts, ensuring smooth logistics while driving growth through marketing and client acquisition.

• -Enforce company and DOT safety procedures
• -Ensure proper maintenance of facility and storage units
• -Operate the Go Mini's truck to deliver and pick up portable storage units.
• -Perform facility opening and closing functions
• -Ensure trucks and forklifts are operable and are being maintained properly and following company procedures
• -Manage facility inventory and assets

• -Proficient software skills
• -Strong communication skills
• -Valid driver's license in good standing
• -Ability to lift and move heavy items as required
• -Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle last minute dealings to schedule
• -Flexible work schedule to accommodate our customers as needed
• -Proficiency in English
• -Possesses strong organizational and time management skills
