Hiring TEAM CDL A Drivers | Dedicated Lane | Up to $1.00 Per Mile.

TEAM DRIVERS NEEDED — MEMPHIS, TN → ROCHESTER, NY

We’re hiring experienced CDL-A Team Drivers for a dedicated overnight lane with consistent freight, predictable miles, and regular home time.

PAY

• Up to $1.00/mile
• Dedicated team lane: $0.85 CPM split equally between both drivers
• Weekly settlements
• Consistent miles and freight

BEST FIT FOR

• Established team driver pairs
• Solo drivers willing to team up with another qualified driver

DEDICATED ROUTE

• Memphis, TN → Rochester, NY
• Pickup: 11:00 AM
• Delivery:
  Next day before 8:00 AM
• 13 hours door-to-door
• Overnight driving
• Power-only dedicated freight
• 6 loads per week — Tuesday through Sunday
• Monday off

HOME TIME

• Choose your rotation: 2 weeks on / 3 days home OR 4 weeks on / 6 days home

EQUIPMENT

• Newer trucks
• Microwave
• Refrigerator
• Pre Pass
• Tablet for ELD

REQUIREMENTS

• CDL Class A
• Minimum 2 years verifiable CDL experience
• Clean MVR
• Clean Clearinghouse
• Clean FMCSA record
• Current IFTA & IRP credentials
• ELD-equipped truck
• Truck maintained to DOT standards

TEAM REQUIREMENTS

• Both drivers must meet all experience and licensing requirements
• Reliable team partnership
• Professional communication with dispatch
• Ability to commit to the scheduled rotation

BONUSES

• $1,500 Sign-On Bonus
• Begins after completing the first month
• Paid $300/month for 5 months
• Clean Inspection Bonuses
• Level 1: $700
• Level 2: $500
• Level 3: $300
• $500 Referral Bonus

ESCROW / SECURITY DEPOSIT

• $2,500 refundable escrow
• Collected at $250/week × 10 weeks
• Refundable after the applicable driver performance review

WEEKLY DEDUCTION

• Occupational Insurance: $42/week
