* Job Summary:

** The Patient Transportation Driver is responsible for safely transporting clients to and from Basecamp Recovery Center locations, meetings, and appointments. This role requires a professional, compassionate, and client-focused individual who can contribute to a safe and welcoming environment for those utilizing transportation services. The Driver must maintain a courteous and respectful demeanor while ensuring compliance with all safety, regulatory, and organizational guidelines.

* Key Responsibilities:

*** Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with all regulations regarding protected health information (PHI).
* Promote a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for all clients.
* Conduct all personal and professional interactions with clients and staff in a courteous and professional manner.
* Execute transportation duties in accordance with Basecamp Recovery Center policies and procedures.
* Comply with all local, state, and federal driving regulations and safety standards.
* Provide lunch coverage and support for other drivers as required.
* Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor or leadership.

Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
* 2nd

Shift: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM or 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
* On-Call Positions:

• 2nd

Shift: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM or 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM## Qualifications
** Required

Skills and Abilities:

**
* ** Must posses a Qualified Behavioral Health Specialist (QBHS) certification in the state of Ohio
*** Must possess a
** valid driver’s license
** and maintain a
** clean driving record
*** Clear criminal background check and drug screening prior to employment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Dependability and punctuality
* Willingness to learn and work collaboratively as part of a team

* Strong customer service and relationship-building skills

* Education and Experience Requirements:

*** High school diploma or equivalent required
* Minimum of one (1) year of professional driving experience preferred
