Warehouse Associate, Columbus - Part Time

As a Warehouse Associate, you will support the smooth operation of the warehouse by receiving, storing, picking, packing, sorting, and shipping merchandise while maintaining safety and attention to detail.

As a Warehouse Colleague, you’ll do more than move merchandise—you’ll help create a seamless, customer‑focused experience behind the scenes. Whether you are receiving, storing, picking, packing, sorting, or shipping, your attention to detail and commitment to safety will ensure every item is handled with care and purpose.

We’re looking for individuals who bring both precision and heart to their work. In this hands- on role, you’ll help keep the warehouse clean, organized, and running smoothly while also fostering a positive, respectful atmosphere where teammates feel supported and valued.

• Receiving and Unloading: Load and unload cartons and merchandise from delivery trucks, conveyor systems, etc.
• Sorting and Organizing: Lift, carry, push, and pull packages on a continuous and repetitive basis.
• Processing: Complete all processing, receiving, and shipping activities in a timely manner and in accordance with productivity standards.
• Technology: Input data accurately and efficiently using PCs, handheld computers, radio frequency equipment, or similar devices while mastering area- specific functions across various systems.
• Safety: Perform job functions safely and promptly report any accidents or hazards to the safety committee.
• Equipment: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment as needed.

• Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co- workers, and supervisors.
• Read and understand employment policies, safety rules, and procedures in English.

• Prolonged periods (up to 12 hours) of standing/ walking around the facility or department.
• Frequent use of computers and handheld electronic equipment.
• Reaching, including above eye level, crouching, kneeling, stooping, pushing and pulling.
• Lifting and moving items weighing up to 50-75 lbs.
• Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
• Ability to hear and see safety/emergency alarms and Power Industrial Truck (PIT) warning devices on the warehouse floor.

Random drug testing for all colleagues will be conducted on a monthly or semi- monthly basis. Colleagues will be randomly selected for testing by a third party. Testing must be completed on the same workday the colleague is informed, within 24 hours of notification.
