Warehouse Associate

Competitive pay: $24.00/hr.

Working hours:

Monday – Thursday 6:00 AM.

Location:

Columbus, OH.

Warehouse associates are the foundation to our company's success. They work actively, safely, and independently to maintain the efficient flow of products through our distribution process, while ensuring quality standards.

• Operate material handling equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks, scissor lifts, and RF devices.
• Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and shipping documents for accuracy, inspect quality, and report discrepancies.
• Replenish pick slots with outgoing stock items, rotate date-sensitive stock, and remove outdated inventory.
• Inspect empty pallets for damage and move pallets to proper storage areas.
• Load trucks efficiently and safely, ensuring items are securely placed.
• Select customer orders accurately and safely, stacking cases onto outbound pallets.
• Follow all preferred work methods, safety policies, and procedures per company guidelines.
• Ensure work area safety, report unsafe conditions immediately.
• Review work schedule, perform safety checks on equipment, obtain necessary supplies, and prepare for operations.
• Use all required personal protective equipment and safety gear.
• Meet required productivity and accuracy standards.
• Perform general housekeeping duties as needed.
• Secure all equipment and complete necessary paperwork at shift end.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience.
• At least 6 months of experience operating a forklift and/or pallet jack.
• Ability to work scheduled/assigned times and required overtime.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift; lift, stack, and/or pull products weighing between 10–35 pounds, and generally up to approximately 60–90 pounds.
• Experience working in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry).
• Pass post‑offer drug test and criminal background check.

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of warehouse and/or distribution work experience.
• Food service distribution or related industry experience.
