Warehouse Packing Associate

Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM / 5:00 PM

Compensation: $12.00 per hour for the first two weeks, then pay transitions to production-based earnings

Lunch: 30-minute unpaid lunch

We are a warehouse and distribution operation focused on preparing products accurately and efficiently for shipment in a fast‑paced team environment.

• Sort and pack products for shipment
• Prepare orders accurately and efficiently
• Inspect products for quality before shipping
• Support warehouse operations and maintain cleanliness

• Sort products and prepare them for packing
• Pack items into boxes and containers accurately
• Label packages and prepare shipments
• Inspect products for damage or missing items
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Assist with additional warehouse tasks as needed

Desired Work Experience

• Warehouse, packing, or production experience preferred but not required

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to stand and move throughout shift
• Reliable attendance and teamwork skills
