Summary
  • Support inventory control and quality assurance within a data center warehouse environment.
  • Perform kitting and returns processing (RMA) with a strong focus on accuracy.
  • Utilize warehouse systems and technology to track and manage inventory.
  • Contribute to maintaining high standards of operational efficiency and product quality.
Responsibilities
  • Assemble product kits based on detailed specifications and customer requirements.
  • Verify accuracy and completeness of components within each kit.
  • Maintain organized inventory and track shortages or discrepancies.
  • Process returned merchandise (RMA), including inspection and documentation.
  • Use RF scanners, laptops, and warehouse management systems to manage inventory.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve inventory and quality issues.
Requirements Desired Work Experience
  • Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory control, or returns processing preferred.
  • Experience using RF scanners or handheld devices is a plus.
Education Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Additional technical training is a plus.
Additional Qualifications
  • Strong computer skills required.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active throughout the shift.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
Shifts
  • A Shift: Monday – Friday (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM)
  • B Shift: Monday – Friday (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM)
  • C Shift: Monday – Thursday (8:00 PM – 6:30 AM)
  • D Shift: Thursday & Friday (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM), Saturday & Sunday (6:00 AM – 6:30 PM)
  • E Shift: Thursday & Friday (10:00 PM – 6:30 AM), Saturday & Sunday (6:00 PM – 6:30 AM)
Working Conditions
  • Warehouse/data center environment
  • Frequent standing, walking, lifting, and movement throughout the shift
