Salary Range: $17.50 - $22.50 per hour

Monday – Friday, 1st Shift

No weekends or holidays.

McNaughton-McKay Electric Company is a long‑established electrical distributor serving contractors, manufacturers, and industrial customers across the Midwest.

This role supports daily operations in our distribution warehouse. Your main responsibility will be pulling and cutting wire for customer orders.

• Pulling wire from reels and spools to fill customer orders
• Measuring and cutting wire to exact lengths
• Using wire cutting machines and warehouse equipment
• Staging completed orders for shipping
• Using RF scanners to track inventory and orders
• Assisting with receiving and stocking wire inventory
• Keeping the wire area organized and safe

• Wire cutting machines
• Pallet jacks
• Forklifts
• RF scanners

• Shows up on time and ready to work every day
• Works at a steady, reliable pace
• Is comfortable with physical warehouse work
• Pays attention to accuracy when measuring and cutting wire
• Works well with a team to complete daily orders

Wire cutting experience is helpful but not required. We will train the right person.

• Standing and walking most of the shift

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1‑year work experience, warehousing experience preferred.
• Basic PC skills with MS Office Products preferred.
• Operate computer terminal and other computer related equipment relevant to job duties.
