** We're seeking a Material Handler to work at a leading distribution center in Columbus, OH.
** This opportunity could be the one you've been looking for.

$20 per hour

** Shift: 8am - 5pm Mon - Fri*
* ** You must have warehouse experience*
* ** What's a typical day as Material Handler? You'll be:*
* + Maintaining the flow of stocked and delivered inventory by pulling material from bins and loading materials onto trucks

+ Placing new material arrivals into bins and accurately recording inventory data via scanning or manual entry

+ Unloading materials, tools, and equipment from vendor trucks and inspecting them for quality requirements

+ Stocking and transferring materials, tools, and equipment to appropriate storage locations based on predetermined criteria

+ Marking materials with correct identifying information and assembling customer orders for packaging and shipment

+ Preparing documentation for various shipping methods (UPS, LTL, Air, etc.)

+ Adhering to all required safety policies and maintaining warehouse cleanliness in compliance with OSHA and customer safety standards

+ Reporting directly to the Branch Manager or as assigned

** This job might be an outstanding fit if you:*
* + Have a High School Diploma or GED (required)

+ Are able to read, write, and speak English proficiently to ensure safety and clear communication

+ Possess basic math, typing, and computer skills

+ Are able to provide documentation verifying legal work status

+ Are willing to learn federal, health, and safety regulations as well as warehouse operations and business processes

+ Demonstrate a strong commitment to workplace safety, teamwork, and ethical conduct

+ Can perform the physical demands of the job with or without reasonable accommodation
