What You'll Need to Bring
- Previous warehouse office/clerk expeirence.
- Experience using WMS or inventory management systems is a plus.
- Strong data entry, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

- Utilize Warehouse Management System (WMS) to audit delivery routes and shipment details
- Identify, investigate, and resolve shipping or routing discrepancies
- Prepare, manifest, and dispatch outbound loads accurately and on time
- Coordinate inbound and outbound driver activity with warehouse dock teams
- Receive and dispatch drivers in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate electronic and paper filing systems
- Ensure all shipping and receiving documentation is complete and organized
- Support general clerical, office, and warehouse operations as needed
