Partners Personnel is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control Outbound Associate to join our client's dynamic warehouse team in Columbus. This role plays a critical part in ensuring inventory accuracy and efficiency across outbound operations, directly impacting customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:

* Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies encountered during picking, packing, and shipping processes, including overages, shortages, and damages.

* Utilize internal systems such as Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP platforms, and quality control logs to review and document errors accurately.

* Assign responsibility for discrepancies and determine appropriate resolution methods, such as inventory adjustments, item rework, redirection, or disposal.

* Collaborate closely with Inventory Control, Outbound, and Customer Service teams to correct inaccuracies and communicate discrepancies effectively.

* Support customer pickup orders by ensuring inventory accuracy and timely problem resolution.

* Maintain detailed logs of inventory errors and identify recurring trends to proactively prevent future issues.

* Assist with repackaging salvageable items, ensuring proper labeling and storage for quality control hold or damaged products.

* Adhere to all safety protocols and performance standards within a fast-paced warehouse setting.

Qualifications:

* High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

* Experience working with inventory control processes and systems is highly preferred.

* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

* Comfortable navigating technology platforms such as WMS and ERP systems.

* Strong communication skills to coordinate with various departments.

* Ability to maintain focus and accuracy in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
